The couple announced on Instagram on September 23 that their first child, a baby girl, was born on September 16. Along with a glimpse of their newborn resting on a pink blanket, they revealed her name as Lennon Taylor Lautner.

Sharing the first photograph of their daughter, the couple wrote:
“One week loving our sweet little Lenny. Lennon Taylor Lautner. 9.16.2026.”
The announcement gave fans their first look at the newborn while also highlighting the playful connection behind her middle name.
Both Taylor and Tay share the name Taylor, making their daughter’s middle name a continuation of the family’s unusual naming link.
The couple have previously joked about the fact that they have identical names. According to Tay, friends distinguish between the two by calling them “Boy Tay” and “Girl Tay.”
