The centrepiece was a tall, round cake decorated with cream frosting, horizontal piping, pearl-like embellishments and delicate pale-yellow floral and honeycomb-inspired details.
Alanna and Ivor cut the cake together, revealing a pink-coloured centre and confirming that their second baby is a girl.
The moment appeared to overwhelm Alanna with emotion as she struggled to hold back tears while taking in the news.
Sharing a video of the celebration on Instagram, Alanna captioned it simply:
